What is Home Staging?
Staging is the process of preparing your home for sale regardless of price, condition or location. It involves cleaning, organizing, rearranging and updating your home inside and out to be placed on the market for sale. Staging is a marketing tool, it is not decorating! It is de-personalizing and de-cluttering to show off the space in your home. After all you are not selling the decorating, you are selling the space. Staging gives a home that model look which creates a “Wow” factor. It enhances the best features of the home while creating a free traffic flow. It allows buyers to “mentally” move in with inviting curb appeal and a comfortable interior. Staging provides a neutral inviting environment that a buyer can connect with. We stage vacant and lived in homes. Both are essential to the eyes of the buyer. With our extensive inventory of furniture and accessories we can manage any sized home.

How we work - Complimentary Bids:
We will come to your home and assess each room as well as the outside of the property taking digital photos and detailed notes. We will then discuss your budget and your time frame to determine what will work best for you. Following the appointment we will prepare an accurate estimate for what it will cost to stage your property. The bid includes design, install and removal, travel and rental of furniture and accessories. Remember, staging is an investment.

Consultations:
This service is for homeowners who are planning to sell sometime in the future or want to “do it themselves." We focus on what will make your property sell for the maximum price beginning with “curb appeal.” We will make suggestions in a detailed written report regarding landscape, room arrangement, interior/exterior paint colors, clutter removal, light fixtures, and anything else that will help your home sell for top dollar.

Do you need to be a real estate agent or ready to sell to use a our services?
Our consultation, decorating, shopping and staging services are available to everyone. Many of our clients use our services to re-arrange existing furnishings to great effect. We are here to help anyone who wants the most out of their real estate sale, or the most out of the home they live in today. Staging not only helps sell, but can make your home more liveable and enjoyable. It’s a relatively inexpensive alternative to a remodeling or redecorating that can help freshen your appreciation of the home you own.
